SEAPORT-NxG

The Navy has awarded multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts through SeaPort Next Generation (NxG). SeaPort is the Department of the Navy's vehicle for procurement of professional support services.

GSA MAS

ATSI has a GSA MAS prime contract. ATSI provides services under Budget and Financial Management Services, Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services.

PM CSS

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Program Management (PM) Contractor Support Services (CSS) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) is designed to address the need for a full range of PM service requirements.

ATSI provides ONR Mission Capable, Persistent and Survivable Naval Platforms (Code 33) with technical, engineering, analytical, and program management support for a variety of naval technology programs. This department develops and delivers technologies that enable superior warfighting and energy capabilities for naval forces, platforms and undersea weaponry.

Our Team Supports

ATSI provides technology transition and commercialization expertise, program management, business consulting, market research, conference/event planning, training, and web/database development to facilitate a successful annual Department of Navy (DoN) Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Transition Program (STP).

ATSI provides innovative consulting and analytical support to the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Operations, Plans, and Strategy (OPNAV N3N5) which serves as the principal advisor to the Chief of Naval Operations on joint operations and the development of naval and joint plans, programs, and policies.

ATSI provides the Defense Privacy, Civil Liberties, and Transparency Division (DPCLTD) with program management, policy, training, and communications support, including policy research, analysis, and development; training development and delivery; program compliance and audit activities; Congressional report development; and website management.

ATSI provides program management, BFM, and technical support services to the Office of Naval Research (ONR) Office of Technology Transition Program Officers who execute ONR technology transition and technology transfer programs. ATSI provides strategic planning, execution and management of ongoing and planned programs, technical reviews and assessments, technology innovation initiatives, and innovation outreach to various S&T communities.

ATSI provides administrative, business, and financial support to the Office of Naval Research Aviation, Force Projection & Integrated Defense Department (Code 35). Code 35 is responsible for fostering, planning, managing and executing scientific research and technology development on behalf of the Navy and Marine Corps. These responsibilities include the management of Basic Research, Applied Research, and Advanced Technology Development associated with Naval Air Vehicles and Weapons.

ATSI provides the Centers For Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Office of Strategic Operations and Regulatory Affairs (OSORA) with review, analysis, and response to CMS’ Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) cases. CMS is part of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

As a subcontractor, ATSI provides administrative, business, and financial support to ONR’s Warfighter Performance Department (Code 34), which focuses on warfighter effectiveness and efficiency through bioengineered and biorobotic systems, medical technologies, improved manpower, personnel training, and system design.

As a subcontractor, ATSI provides Program Executive Office (PEO) Defense Health Management Systems (DHMS) with strategic planners, risk analysts, budget and financial analysts, schedulers, and public affairs/communications professionals.

As a subcontractor, ATSI has provided the DoD CIO Joint Information Enterprise (JIE) program with cyber policy and strategy support since 2010. ATSI provides technical expertise and analysis support on military current and future force network management portfolio policies, architectures, and systems necessary for Joint Concepts and Operations in the air, ground and maritime environments.
