ATSI is a subcontractor on the following multiple-award IDIQ contracts. 


The contract vehicle provides for consulting services to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) as Enterprise Senior Information Technology Advisor (ESITA). Services include IT engineering and technical support and advisory services for streamlining the Department of Defense Intelligence Information Systems (DoDIIS). The assistance and advisory support includes program management services, integration and engineering services, information assurance, and process improvement. 


The ENCORE II contract provides technical solutions for the Department of Defense (DoD) in support of its migration to an integrated and interoperable Global Information Grid (GIG). In addition, the contract also supports other Federal agencies having similar Information Technology (IT) migration and integration needs. 


The Chief Information Officer–Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) provides IT support services to the National Institute of Health (NIH) and the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).  IT services provided meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements for the organziations. 


Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise (SITE) allows for the delivery of Information Technology services & capabilities that support global intelligence Command and Control assets. 


The Deputy Chief of Naval Operations, Information Dominance (DCNO N2/N6) contract vehicle provides for management support services to facilitate Warfighting, Manpower, and Business transformation initiatives. The services are for strategic, operational & tactical level support regarding current and future Requirements Generation/Capability Development: Programmatic, Budgeting, Cost-Control: Strategic Governance and, Policy initiatives. The contract specifically provides for analytical, technical, programmatic and financial support services of short and long term duration, or that require unique Naval Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) and Space experience that cannot be supported by the existing federal workforce.
